You will have access to our Monthly Healthy Eating Recipe packs and ‘Speciality Recipe Packs’. Each monthly pack contains:

  • 15 Healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks
  • a suggested meal plan to go with the pack
  • a full shopping list for the meal plan
  • a bar code for scanning for quick logging with MyFitness Pal
