Fitness Sessions

WOD Club

The WOD club is where you will complete a 2×10 or 20minute challenge with set exercises for a set number of reps. It Stands for Workout of the Day and comes from the sport of Crossfit. You will use kettlebells, slamballs, dumbells and battleropes.

 

Bootcamp

The bootcamp session consists of cardiovascular conditioning & strength training (weights, slam balls, resistance bands, battleropes, kettlebells etc) The  exercises and format vary for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same. Each boot camp workout is a 1 hour long. 

 

HIT SQD

This is a thirty minute interval training circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, and cardiovascular efficiency as well as maximise caorie burning! The higher intesity and shorter work intervals aim to heighten your metabolic rate, and helps burn body fat even after you have finished working out!

 

 

Athletic Fitness Pilates

(Online via Zoom)

This athletic style of Fitness Pilates uses bodyweight, mobility movements as well as core pilates moves to create a strong dynamic workout. The classes can include:

– mobility & core

– dynamic strength & mobility

– dynamic balance

Most of us would love to have the time to add in 1-2 separate recovery routines that involve pilates, stretching and a mobility focus but don’t, so we just skip it and do our normal routines instead. this class aims to combine the feeling of a dynamic workout, that helps open up the joints, make you stronger and able to move better and perform better. 

ReBell

(NOT RUNNING AT THE MOMENT)

A boxing based session alongside kettlebells, slam balls, dumbells and other functional training equipment. Train like a boxer without having to step into the ring in this energetic, fast-paced workout. ReBell will improve your aerobic endurance, strength and general fitness. For an effective workout that focuses on boxing and combines pad work, conditioning and circuit training, ReBell is low-impact and high energy. Burn both your stress and fat away as your increase your fitness and stamina, lose weight and tone.

 

Kettlebells

Kettlebell training will help kick all your fitness goals into high gear! Swing, squat, clean and press to work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. The kettlebell session is combined with body weight exercises for an all around heart-pumping workout.

 

Classes For All Fitness Levels

All of our sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness.  Options and alternatives can be given easily and there will always be a selection of weight options for equipment.

Monthly unlimited Pass

1 Month/£40

2 Months/£70

This allows you to access all sessions (outdoors and online) for 1 or 2 months. It does not run as a direct debit, allowing you change between payment options, depending on your availability.

* Pass lasts 1 or 2 months month from purchase date.

*Cancel at least 4 hours before the class to ensure you do not lose the credit.

* book and cancel all sessions through our booking system or APP.

10 Session Pass

£30

This Pass allows you access to 10 sessions, (this can be any mix of outdoor and online classes).

* Pass lasts 90 days from purchase.

*Cancel at least 4 hours before the class to ensure you do not lose the credit.

 Pay as you Go

This option allows you too try any of our sessions outdoors or online sessions without any commitment.

£5 for any session.

When you book for the online classes, live on ZOOM you will be emailed the class link.
