The WOD club is where you will complete a 2×10 or 20minute challenge with set exercises for a set number of reps. It Stands for Workout of the Day and comes from the sport of Crossfit. You will use kettlebells, slamballs, dumbells and battleropes.
This is a thirty minute interval training circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, and cardiovascular efficiency as well as maximise caorie burning! The higher intesity and shorter work intervals aim to heighten your metabolic rate, and helps burn body fat even after you have finished working out!

This athletic style of Fitness Pilates uses bodyweight, mobility movements as well as core pilates moves to create a strong dynamic workout. The classes can include:
– mobility & core
– dynamic strength & mobility
– dynamic balance
Most of us would love to have the time to add in 1-2 separate recovery routines that involve pilates, stretching and a mobility focus but don’t, so we just skip it and do our normal routines instead. this class aims to combine the feeling of a dynamic workout, that helps open up the joints, make you stronger and able to move better and perform better.
This class will help kick all your fitness goals into high gear! Using both Kettlebells and Dumbbells you will swing, squat, clean push and pull to work multiple muscle groups developing strength and muscular endurance and increase your caloric expenditure.
The Re-Bell session is combination of kettlebells, dumbbells working alongside body weight exercises for an all around heart-pumping strength workout!
The bootcamp session consists of cardiovascular conditioning & strength training (dumbbells, slam balls, battleropes and kettlebells etc) The exercises and format vary for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same. Each boot camp workout is a 1 hour long.
