Avocado & Berry Smoothie

- 1/2 Ripe Avocado (flesh only)
- 125 g frozen berries
- 350 g almond milk
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender andblend until smooth and creamy. Divide the smoothie mixturebetween 2 glasses and serve immediately.
